By registering for and using CTinFold, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. CTinFold is a proof infrastructure platform, not accounting software, not a financial advisor, and not a legal service.
CTinFold provides a deterministic economic event topology system. Users submit financial declarations through the platform. Each declaration is processed through a sealed proof chain and produces a cryptographic hash recorded across three independent locations.
CTinFold does not provide financial advice, tax advice, or legal advice. The platform records and proves what you declare. What you declare is your responsibility.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login with others outside your plan's permitted devices. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Each user account is fully isolated. Your declarations, statements, and proof chain are accessible only to you. No other user can access your data.
You may use CTinFold to declare lawful financial events. You agree not to:
CTinFold is offered on a subscription basis. Your subscription begins on the date of payment and renews monthly or annually depending on your selected plan. Prices are as displayed on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
If you choose an annual plan, payment is due in full at the start of the billing period. Monthly subscriptions carry a 7 day grace period after the paid period ends before access is suspended. Annual subscriptions carry a 30 day grace period after the paid period ends before access is suspended.
Entrepreneur, Family, and SME plan users carry no financial obligation to CTinFold for unresolved residual claimants. Residual claimants on these plans are held in the system and visible to the user with no additional charge.
On Premise license holders have residual claimant obligations defined in their individual license agreement negotiated at the time of engagement.
Your data is stored in your isolated user space on CTinFold servers. Your ledger, registry, statements, and proof chain are not shared with any other user. CTinFold does not sell your data to third parties.
CTinFold may use aggregated, anonymised usage data to improve the platform. No personally identifiable information or financial declaration data is included in such aggregation.
CTinFold aims to maintain continuous availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. CTinFold is not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability of the service.
CTinFold, its proof chain architecture, the three-location hash identity mechanism, the UniCat term mapping system, and the topology execution model are the intellectual property of CTinFold and its author. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the CTinFold system without written permission.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. CTinFold reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
On termination, you may request an export of your sealed declarations and statements. Requests should be sent to hello@ctinfold.com.
CTinFold provides proof of what you declare. CTinFold is not responsible for the accuracy of your declarations, the financial decisions you make based on your statements, or any disputes arising from your declared events with third parties.
CTinFold may update these terms from time to time. You will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
